This study was conducted to examine an interesting and innovative approach to understanding and healing from traumatic experiences. By combining the expressive and introspective nature of art with psychological insights and techniques, individuals can explore arts as way of interacting, counter-reacting to the trauma they have experienced. The data has been collected via online as the workshop has been held in 5Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University Gujranwala, Lahore Pakistan. The result of the study has the potential to provide an interesting path through where the two disciplines are combined in the healing process between psychology and art. Both disciplines may help in healing in the face of trauma experience.
